Thank you for your interest in our company – EnQuest Energy Services Corp.    
A name can say a lot about who you are.  Our name describes the mission of a group of entrepreneurs in pursuit of a common vision and goals.  EnQuest is a key provider of resources to the energy industry in the oil, gas and geotherm sectors.  We commenced operations in 2008 as a result of a merger between Irontree Oilfield Services Corp. and Sikanni Services Ltd.     

Irontree was a private company established in 2002 to provide oilfield hauling and rig relocation services in the Rocky Mountain region of the USA. The company grew quickly and diversified as a result of organic expansion and acquisitions. At the time of merger, Irontree provided transportation, materials distribution, crane hoisting and tubular refurbishment services from bases in eight US states located in the Rocky Mountain region, Texas and Arkansas.  They had approximately 610 employees and operated about 600 pieces of equipment. 

Sikanni’s journey was very similar.  They commenced business in 2005 as a private company and were listed on the TSX Venture exchange in December 2006.  From their grass roots start up, Sikanni quickly developed through organic growth and acquisitions.  The company’s business segments included oilfield hauling, rig relocation, equipment rentals, materials distribution and energy services.  Sikanni operated approximately 335 pieces of equipment from six locations in Northern Alberta, Canada.   

Today, EnQuest could be regarded as a young and entrepreneurial enterprise.  However, our leadership and management team are a group of seasoned veterans.  Many have more than 30 years of experience in the energy service sector.  In addition, several of our operating enterprises have been in business for over 20 years and are recognized market leaders.  We have evolved to become one of the largest rig relocation and oilfield hauling companies in North America.

Our operations are focused on delivering transportation, materials distribution, rental equipment and midstream services. EnQuest’s assets are strategically located, to effectively serve our customer’s needs and target markets.
